Marie Christine Esclassan, Professor at the Panthéon-Sorbonne Paris 1 University, Secretary General of Fondafip, Director of the RFFP, who chaired the session, firstly thanked the speakers for contributing to the debate and secondly discussed new developments on the subject. The following people participated: Jonathan Dawson, Chief public spending analyst at the budget strategy department, Kate Appleby, Advisor for economic and social affairs at the British embassy and Eric Célérier, Economist at the British embassy.
