Marc Abadie discussed the role of the Caisse des dépôts.

Marie-Christine Esclassan expressed her warmest thanks to the Caisse des dépôts and to the organising team of this symposium for participating in the project. She then discussed the difficulty of making our society’s new realities coincide with our courses of action. 

Chaired by Marie-Christine Esclassan, the first round table on “Territories in transition: What emerging needs? What impact on local public spending?” started with a presentation by Claire Delpech, Head of finance at the Assemblée des Communautés de France. The following people participated: Jérôme Larue, Advisor at Régions de France, Adriano di Pietro and Guillaume Lenoble, Issy-les-Moulineaux.

Isabelle Laudier, Head of the Institut CDC pour la Recherche, chaired the second round table on “Territories in transition: What emerging needs? What new means of financing?”.   The following people participated: Guy Gilbert, University professor, Didier Célisse, Marketing manager, Claire Charbit, Head of dialogue with local and regional authorities, Guillaume Desmoulins, Founder of Co-city, Pierre Laurent, Manager at Caisse des dépôts and Thomas Rougier, La Banque Postale.
