The range of approaches and solutions (third round table) was addressed by Ramu de Bellescize, Lecturer in public law, Marie-Caroline Lefebvre, Doctoral student, Hughes Jennequin, Lecturer in economics. An overview of debt in Africa and Morocco (fourth round table) was provided by Nicaise Mede and Hervé Affoukou, Professor at the University of Benin and by Khalid Moukite, Professor at the University of Mohamed V in Rabat.
